The decision to design and build each home was made by the development team over 16 months ago. The reason for this was to ensure the best possible outcome for all the homes and to ensure that each properties views are protected. This process has allowed us to critique the civil plans to better suit the homes as well as being able to craft a truly captivating streetscape and environment ensuring all homes sit harmoniously together.
