If you wish to make an offer on a property, here are the steps you need to take to ensure you don't miss out!

Step 1 – Book a private appointment

Book a private appointment with Michael Barr and discuss the opportunities Horizons Peak has to offer.

Step 2 – Expression Of Interest From

Once you have seen all the properties through our exciting virtual design. Any further interest will start with filling out an “Expression of Interest” form. Michael will guide you through the process and provide any further information.

Steps 3 - Details & Terms of Your Offer

Once you have selected your property we will commence the design phase of the process which includes discussing inclusions, and design alterations, as well as landscaping finishes etc..

Once all details are confirmed and plans finalised we your offer can be processed.

Finance

If you need finance to purchase the block please state that finance approval is needed. If it is not needed you can let us know that you are a cash buyer.

Deposit Amount

This can be 5% or 10%. Please be aware that  a 10% deposit is preferred by the developer however they will accept a minimum of 5%.

Settlement Terms

Settlement will take place 21 days from registration of the land for the houses, with build instalments due from the commencement of construction.

The Dual Occupancy houses will settle 21 days from the registration of the strata-title. Speak to Michael Barr for more information on how this works.
